Dave Coster has been coarse fishing for over 40 years. He particularly enjoys match fishing and experienced many years of success with Van Den Eynde Essex County, winning numerous top team events, including the N.F.A. Challenge, Angling Times Winter League and Drennan Super League.
Dave left the Essex County super team in the mid nineties but continued to do well on the competition scene, breaking several long standing match records, including the mega haul of roach in the accompanying photograph - caught at Gloucester Park a couple of years ago.
More recently Dave has relocated to Northumberland, working as Coarse Product Manager for Hardy & Greys in Alnwick. He still loves his fishing and is already busy exploring new venues in the North East, which he says are "the best kept secret in the Country."
