"When fishing a venue you might be fishing with your hookbait direct to the hook, such as pellet. You may feel through your session that your hookbait sitting just off the hook will give you a better presentation. That's where the Prodigy Extenda Bait Bands come in. These come in a flexible soft latex material which comes in three sizes to cover pellet sizes of 4mm up to 10mm.
"When attached to the hook, the Bait Band acts like a hair rig, which gives better presentation, and aids in more positive hook holds. They come in two colours; brown which will match most pellet colours when in the water, and a clear which is near invisible once around the pellet and in the water.
"The beauty of these bands is that you can adjust the length of the band on how close you want it sitting to the hook, this helps you to work faster on the bank. If you prefer to fish a drilled pellet the band can also be pulled through the pellet, which gives a tighter hold and is less noticeable to those wary fish. Each band has little rubber teeth sitting inside the circle of the band which also gives additional grip on the pellet
